" Emma Roy and all the staff are utterly wonderful! As a 'more than average' sized bride' (size 24) I felt completely relaxed and completely at home.
From the moment I walked through the door I was welcomed and immediately felt special, as any bride to be, would wish to be. Amy, my consultant was attentive, possessed a great sense of fun and has an utterly innate understanding of what dresses will suit.
Lots of fun, laughter and smiles later and Amy nailed my dress choice on the first attempt! I could not be more happier and I woud recommend Emma Roy to anyone!

Vic was amazing; she was my cheerleader throughout the whole appointment! I’m a curvy bride so was anxious about fitting into sample dresses. Vic instinctively knew, took me to one side and said she wouldn’t put me in a dress that didn’t fit or one I felt uncomfortable in.
She instantly made me feel at ease and I had the best appointment. We tried on several dresses, working out which part of each I liked the most. At one point I don’t think Vic or myself thought I’d find the one but persistence paid off!

" Last weekend I found my dream wedding dress at Emma Roy. I had been a few weeks ago for my first wedding dress appointment with Amy. From start to finish, Amy could not have done more to help me. She made me feel at ease and helped me find the style of dress I was looking for. Her attention to detail was phenomenal and we really learnt a lot about different styles and designers. When I returned last weekend, once again, Amy went above and beyond to help me find the perfect dress. She picked out dresses that incorporated everything I was hoping to find in my dress. I could not be more delighted to have bought my dress at Emma Roy and I truly could not recommend the service enough. It was a wonderful experience from start to finish and I cannot wait to go back and look at accessories now! "I went into Emma Roy just "for a peek". I had no idea what silhouettes would suit me or styles. I lost 3 stone a couple years ago going from a high street 16-18 to a 10-12 and I my body's changed so much. Amy was extremely welcoming and helpful, and made me feel completely in control from the second I got in the door. Amy pulled out 5/6 dresses with a bit of input from me and my cousins and I seemed to know really quick which didn't suit me as well as others. We got a VIP appointment the 2nd Appointment, had the whole bottom shop to ourselves & got bubbles as we arrived! Treated like a proper celebrity! I can not brag enough about Emma Roy. They've given me full attention with my constant questions and worries through Whatsapp and reply so quick as well. I even a few weeks ago decided to add on another accessory I had seen and hadn't ordered on the day, and this was no problem to them at all. Everyone need not look anywhere else for a wedding dress, I couldn't of said yes anywhere else. Can't wait to wear my dress in June 2023!"

" The dress I was looking for was a fitted simple design (I was amazed at how many shops just did not have his style) with a detachable overskirt. From the moment I went to Emma Roy and explained the awful year I had had trying to find a dress. The ladies in the shop were so helpful.
The ladies were so so helpful through covid times making sure my dress was delivered on time, I got my dress around 2 before we got married, just in time. The last fitting was wonderful. Everything was perfect. I wish I could do it all over again. I will definitely be going back to Emma roy once we renew our vows in years to come. I luckily get to wear my dress agin in 2022 for our belated wedding party. :) Thank you Emma Roy for shining a light on what was a disastrous year of looking for a dress, you turned this around for me, and I now have wonderful memories of looking for a dress with you. " From first walking in to Emma Roy I immediately felt welcomed by the staff and they couldn't do enough to make me feel comfortable. I was quite nervous about trying dresses because as a size 16 (size 20 in wedding dress sizes) I knew I would struggle to find samples that fit me but the staff were really reassuring and supportive and did everything they could to help me find the perfect gown. I tried on about 4 dresses in the store all of which were stunning and I found the perfect gown. Alterations were done by seamstree Ali who did the most incredibly professional job and was so caring and supportive. She made sure I felt totally comfortable and secure in my dress and that I felt totally beautiful. She shortened the straps, adjusted the cups, added a belt and bustle and steamed my dress and veil ready for the big day. I couldn't speak more highly about all the staff here. Thank you all! "

I could not have loved my dress more and have recommended you to every engaged person I know. No request was too much, your amazing seamstress changed the back of my dress for me as I wasn’t 100% on the original design. I was so pleased with the result.
