We know that planning your wedding can be stressful and that the road to finding ‘the one’ (the gown, not the fiancé!) can often be clouded with questions, doubts and concerns.
At Emma Roy we want you to meet Steph, your personal concierge for all things wedding gowns and beyond. From booking in your first appointment to waving you off to get married with your newly altered, perfectly fitting gown Steph will be on hand for all of your needs. Whether you have questions about the wedding dress buying process on WhatsApp, send an email to ask about the availability of a specific gown or just need a chat on the phone cos it’s all a bit much today (don’t worry, we’ve all been there and weddings can be overwhelming!)
Steph will be a friendly face and your first point of contact throughout the whole process.
LOAN SAMPLE SERVICE
Despite having more than 200 gowns in store, sometimes ‘the one’ can be elusive and this is where Maggie Sottero’s loan sample service comes in.
If there’s a dress you have your eye on that we don’t currently stock we can enquire to bring it in especially for your appointment for a small fee redeemable against your purchase, meaning the options are (very nearly!) endless.
